La Bitacora Concept
To define La Bitacora’s main concept is not an easy task, to do it correctly we have to use one of the most acepted definitions on the spanish word Bitacora (binnacle):
Bitácora (Binnacle):Is a written record of actions done to finish a job or labor, this record includes all events that take place during this job completion, to summarize mistakes, failures, this record also includes a report of changes and strategies an a detailed summary of costs and investments done to fulfil the task.
In essence, labitacora.org contains a set of steps, tasks and procedures aimed to clarify the concept of Organic Traffic sent by search engines; it also will show the process of getting a good (hopefully very good) positioning in SERPs (Search Engine Result Pages), at this point I must clarify that this is a job in progress, it is not done yet, each step added to the guide will be first checked , proved and tested on the domains attached to this project.
La bitacora, at the same time, will analyze and qualify the different sources of income based on traffic that can be obtained by a website on internet , we will include, paid linking, banners, advertising networks (PPC, PPV, etc) and new trends in this industry such as Contextual links, pay per post, etc.
La Bitacora.org is the domain, selected by our testing team to contain the testing environment, theories, tasks, steps results and conclusions. The project includes in its first stage the following domains:
- my-complaint.com: Mi complaint offers a channel where visitors can add their complaints, there are not restrictions other than use of moderate language. In other words, If you have something to say… just spit it out .
- Softwarefountain.com: It is a software directory, its main feature is to provide only titles selected by hand, it includes software commercialized under several licence types: Shareware, Trialware, Demos, freeware, etc.
- Canadaimmigrant.org and canadainmigrante.org: both domains were reecently registered, they will contain information about Canada and its immigration process, guides, tips, tricks; in general, useful information for people that want to live in Canada.
- LaBitacora.org: Will contain a detailed report of each task, modifications, timeframes, suggestions, findings by each domain included in the proyect.
Obviously, La Bitacora will work better with your help, you are invited to participate actively by sending ideas, commentaries, suggestions, concepts, theories, etc.
